Cancellation Policy
- Any cancellations made between 60 business days (00:00 local time) to 21 business days (00:00 local time) prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 20% of the total amount.
- Any cancellations made after 00:00 local time, 21 business days prior to the activity will be subject to a charge of 100% of the total amount.

Activity Detail
Restrictions
- Scuba diving certification is required.
- A maximum luggage (including diving equipment) weight of 20 kilograms per person is strictly implemented.
- Children below 10 years old are not allowed to join the tour. Those who are below 18 years old should always be accompanied by their parents or guardians.
- Guests may not fly within 24 hours of a two-tank scuba dive due to the high risk of decompression sickness.
- Guests may not fly within 12 hours of a one-tank scuba dive due to the high risk of decompression sickness.
- If less than 6 participants are booked, the activity may not operate.
